John Mitchell is the Dean of Education, develops and oversees the Home Performance, NATE, HVAC and Fuel Branding training and protocol. Previously, John owned JLC Green Technologies, an International Training and Testing Center for Home Performance. He is the Director of Energy for New England Total Energy, and oversees all Home Performance work. He has authored a field, safety and training manuals which set the standard for the industry. He serves on the Board of Directors for HPACT; he chairs Training and Education Committee and participates on the OSHA round table and Safety Compliance Committee for NETE.
