Contractor Business Workshop Series
Thank you to our gracious hosts, Conservation Consultants, Inc. in Pittsburgh and the Energy Coordinating Agency in Philadelphia. We had a great group of attendees in both Pennsylvania locations who are passionate about expanding their knowledge and growing their business. We joined together with three of the industry’s leading thinkers for an intimate 1.5 day intensive session focusing on Quality Management, Sales and Marketing and many busy contractors took advantage of this unique, intensive and coordinated training developed exclusively for home performance companies. Each workshop was also approved for 3.75 BPI Credits.
Mike Rogers, John Tooley, Peter Troast shared their wealth of experience in the disciplines of sales and marketing; a deep, real world understanding of the challenges of selling energy efficiency services; and long history of training thousands of building and home performance professionals nationally on maximizing quality of delivering value. Each attendee received training and coaching in an integrated, custom-designed series of sessions, where they learned proven techniques for growing their home performance business.
With a combination of presentations, interaction and take away materials, this workshop provided outstanding insights into proven management methods and tools to implement them. The leading business minds in home performance worked with each attendee to take their ideas from conception to implementation to measurable growth.
