Market Innovation Forum

Market Innovation Forum

HPC's first Market Innovation Forum took place in San Francisco, CA in December of 2015. Our invitees consisted of industry leaders from the manufacturing, financial, health, technology, and contracting sectors. All had been selected for their ability to identify market gaps and barriers and their skill at looking for opportunities to overcome these barriers through market innovation and collaboration. This forum specifically set aside program and policy issues as those will be explored more fully in upcoming forums.

Modeled on a successful meeting in Las Vegas two years ago, the agenda consisted of a half-day of sharing the state of the industry and identifying the challenges to be addressed. This state-of-the-industry discussion alone has been described as invaluable. However, that’s just the beginning. The remainder of the agenda discussed the focus areas determined by the group. Expected outcomes extend to both industry-wide work that needs to be done and individual opportunities for organizations attending.
