Rick Chitwood, BSME, principal Chitwood Energy Management Inc., founded 1985, is an expert in energy-efficient residential building construction, diagnostic testing, and performance evaluation. Rick uses his home performance knowledge; training contractors, project consulting, doing field research, helping update the California Energy Code, co-authoring a book - Measured Home Performance, and was recently inducted into the Building Performance Industry Hall of Fame.
