This session is an introduction to the principles of Quality Management. Traditional ways of increasing profits in private sector contracting have been by increasing sales, raising prices or by reducing costs.
Kimberlie Lenihan is a Program Manager with NYSERDA, providing quality and compliance oversight for the New York Residential Existing Homes Programs. Kim joined NYSERDA in 2002, bringing 15 years of experience with Fortune 500 organizations, including Oracle Corporation and General Electric, focused on managing quality performance through improved systems, process control, and other technology solutions to better serve customers. She has been instrumental in delivering quality management solutions for business operations and has supported NYSERDA's energy efficiency workforce development programs. She has a B.S. Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, and an MBA from Union College in Schenectady, NY.
