Single family air tightness tests are familiar to most, and new high rise buildings in some jurisdictions now must undergo testing, as well. Low-rise (up to 3 story) buildings fall in between, both in terms of testing method and required testing. This session will offer insight into ongoing testing of this building stock, including methods and results.
