The option to register via invoice should end at 11:59 pm on January 18, 2019.

No refunds will be given as of January 12, 2019. Requests for refunds that received in writing through 11:59 p.m. on January 11, 2019, will be granted minus a $75 cancellation fee for attendees and a $625 cancellation fee for exhibitor tables. For anyone registered by invoice, HPC must receive payment by February 1, 2019.
Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. Check payments need prior approval and an access code before your registration can be completed. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or 412-424-0040.
An organization that registers five or more employees from the same organization may be eligible to receive a group discount of $50 off the current registration rate per person. For more information about group discounts and to receive the group discount registration code, please contact Customer Service at 412-424-0040. Only one discount code may be applied per person. Registration codes must be entered during the initial online registration and will not be applied retroactively.

Participant Code of Conduct
The Home Performance Coalition (HPC) community is made up of a network of people with a common agenda, cause, and interests, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and resources. It is of utmost importance to HPC that each and every person attending one of our conferences and events has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, we invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, vendors, and others ("Participants") to help us realize a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone. When you participate in an event hosted by HPC, you are contributing to the overall experience, which makes us all accountable to each other.
HPC has adopted this Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to Participants and to ensure that all Participants understand what behavior is expected, and what behavior will not be tolerated at a Home Performance Coalition event. HPC expects all Participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all events. This includes conference-related social events at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media. This conference offers two days of programming with multiple session options, of which you can potentially earn 9 CEUs! HPC is a continuing education service provider, and many sessions offer credits for advancing attendees’ professional careers through educational opportunities from allied organizations.
Call for Session Proposals
The Home Performance Coalition is committed to bringing individuals and organizations together to build personal and professional development and connections, enhance knowledge and skills, and share the most current information and best practices for weatherization and home performance—at its conferences and events throughout the year.
The 2019 HPC Northwest Home Performance Conference will bring together residential energy efficiency professionals in Portland, OR. The conference features incredible sessions, unlimited networking opportunities, and a top-notch, boutique exhibit hall. We will be accepting session proposals beginning October 10, 2018, that reflect the best thinking, practices, research, and innovation in the field via the online proposal system until Friday, November 2, 2018 midnight PT.
We invite proposals that:
• Reflect innovation and cutting edge content focused on the northwest climate
• Stimulate and provoke discussion and audience engagement
• Present evidence based on or supported by research
• Use innovative and diverse approaches to enhance attendee learning
• Explore current and cutting-edge issues important to attendees
• Target new, mid-career, or seasoned professionals
Online Proposal System
Please be sure to read the submission checklist prior to submitting to ensure you have all the required information. The submitter must input all presenters’ and co-presenters’ contact information and biography in order for the proposal to be considered complete. You will not be able to submit until all co-presenters listed in the proposal have completed the presenter profile tasks (or you have submitted them on their behalf). You may, however, save your information and return to the submission to complete the proposal at any time prior to the deadline.
